Being born & bred in Cornwall I have grown up knowing how lucky we are here with our produce & the beautiful surroundings we live in & being able to cater for someone’s special day at Tredudwell is one of those defining moments where you have to pinch yourself.
Tredudwell Manor set in acres of beautiful landscape & so close to the sea has everything you need for a perfect day. The team cannot help enough to make your day as special as it can be & the venue lends itself to whatever style of wedding you choose.
Thank you! It’s important to us to use local produce and support the local environment. How do you prioritise using locally sourced ingredients or even your own especially considering Cornwall’s rich offerings and food culture?
Sourcing local & seasonal food is one of my passions, I was very lucky growing up in the area I went to school with many of the suppliers I use today from the farmers that rear the wonderful livestock we use from cattle to pork, sheep & chickens & also the seasonal vegetables that are so important on a menu. I went to school with the fishermen who supply the freshest seafood any chef could ask for & then I have the pleasure of foraging the woodland & hedgerows for seasonal produce like wild garlic to hedgerow berries. My job is a dream!
