From Exeter:

Take the M5 to Exeter, then the A38 to Plymouth and across the Tamar Bridge.

Continue on the A38, bypassing Liskeard, and at Dobwalls bear left at the roundabout onto the A390. Pass through East Taphouse and just after the village turn left onto the B3359, signposted ‘Looe and Polperro’.

From Penzance:

Take the A30 direction Bodmin then Follow the direction to Plymouth taking the A38

On the A38 turn right following direction to Looe (A390)

Follow North lane road to get to the A390 at the junction turn left to follow A390, at Middle Taphouse turn right to get to the B3359 direction Looe.

After 4½ miles on the B3359, take the righthand turn signposted ‘Polruan, Bodinnick and Lerryn’ (the turning is at the top of a hill on a sharp lefthand bend). Continue on this road for another 4½ miles, through Lanteglos Highway, until you see a red telephone box on your lefthand side. Take the lefthand turn just past the telephone box, signposted for Polruan, and continue following the signposts towards Polruan, until you reach a T-junction (approximately 7 minutes).

At the T-junction turn left, following the signposting to Pelynt, Polperro and Looe. We are the first house on the right, almost at the top of the hill. There are large wrought iron gates with lions on the gate posts and signed Tredudwell Manor. Drive around to the back of the house where there is ample parking and the entrance or follow the signs to the pavilion carpark.
